Dear Vendor,

We are pleased to invite you to this autumn’s premier outdoor event the “W.T.C.E.O.  Fall Festival and Parade”.  The Festival and Parade will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2009 starting at 12:00 noon.  The Washington Township Community Events Organization (WTCEO) is sponsoring a day of outdoor enjoyment, which includes a parade, food, crafts and vendors, along with games and entertainment for the entire family.  The W.T.C.E.O. is inviting you to become part of the festivities.

Attached you will find the information required to apply for a booth at this festive event. 

·       Enclosed you find a copy of the contract.  Please fill out and submit to the WTCEO with payment.

·       Booth sizes are available in single or double size.

·       Applicants will be selected by the WTCEO.

·       Exhibitor must supply own tent, electricity, table and chairs.

·       Please return your application no later than September 15, 2009
