NON-PROFIT REGISTRATION
We
are pleased to invite you to attend the “Kevin M. Walsh Fireworks Festival”. The Festival will be held on Saturday,
August 28, 2010 at 5:00pm at the Long Valley Middle School following the Long Valley Parade at 4:00pm. An evening of outdoor
enjoyment, which includes food, non-profit organizations, bounce houses and entertainment for the entire
family. The evening will culminate with a Fireworks Presentation. Rain date is Sunday, August 28, 2010.
Special Notes:
- Please fill out and return completed
application by clicking the the link below.
- Registrations must be received no later
than August 16, 2010 to be included in the program.
- Non - Profit booth sizes
will be 10' x 10'. There is a $10.00 fee for non-profit organizations.
- Exhibitor must supply own tent, electricity, table and chairs.
- All exhibitors are to completely dispose of any and all trash from their
areas.

Sale of baked
goods is not permitted. Sale of bottled water is not permitted.

Sale or possession of alcoholic beverages on the festival grounds is strictly prohibited.
- Non-Profit Organizations must check in at the Middle School and set up
by 4:00pm.
- Organizations promise to man booths from 5:00pm until 8:00pm.
Displays must be dismantled by 8:00pm, with the contracted space completely cleaned up.
